1. Information We Collect

CyberNex collects information you provide directly (name, email, payment details) and information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, usage data via cookies and analytics tools). Server content is never actively monitored unless required by a valid legal process.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver and improve our services, process payments, send service announcements, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or lease your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your data may be shared with trusted third-party processors strictly necessary to deliver our services (payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, email delivery services). These processors are contractually bound to maintain equivalent privacy safeguards. We will disclose personal data if required by law, court order or valid governmental request.

4. Use of Subprocessors

CyberNex may engage subprocessors for billing (Stripe), authentication (Auth services), communications (email and Push), and analytics. A current list of subprocessors is available on request by contacting [email protected].

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting core functionality.

6. Data Security

CyberNex implements industry-standard security controls including encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.3), hashed credentials, network-level DDoS protection, firewalling and access logging. No security measure is perfect — you remain responsible for securing your server instances, changing default passwords and restricting SSH/VNC access.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus 90 days. Log data from terminated accounts is purged within 30 days. Legal hold data may be retained longer if subject to an active legal or regulatory obligation.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, submit a request via the billing support panel or email [email protected]. Requests are typically fulfilled within 15 business days.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions outside your home country where our infrastructure and service providers operate. We implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.

10. Children's Privacy

CyberNex services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
